Hickory Run State Park, Hawk Falls, White Haven, Pennsylvania 2024.
This state park is in the western foothills of the Pocono Mountains. It is located off of I-80, exit 274. Our main reason was the hike to the Hawk Falls.
Hawk Falls is a 25 foot waterfall and a 1.2 mile out and and back hike. The day we were there the trail was crowded, lots of people and dogs.
You feel like you are wondering in a tunnel of rhododendrons. The trail must look beautiful when the rhododendrons are in full bloom. We were there late summer almost early fall.
