Eileen's Random Travels

A Photoblog post of my random travels.

"One's destination is never a place, but a new way of seeing things."  Henry Miller

Hello, hubby and I went on a short trip to Stroudsburg Pennsylvania and the Delaware Watergap.  I learned about this area from Linda's blog Beauty around Us. Linda posted about the waterfalls  she visited, soon after hubby and I planned our trip.

This is Bushkill Falls, lots of steps and a network of boardwalks. Trails can be as long as 15 minutes to a 2 hour walk.

I am sharing some of my random travel photos, this is not only for my followers but more of a reminder for me and my hubby of where we have been and what we have seen over the years. All good memories for us, I hope you enjoy too.

" We take photos as a return ticket to a moment otherwise gone." unknown

I hope you enjoyed! Thanks for stopping by, enjoy your day!

    1. Beth, I think you would love this area. The Delaware Gap has a lot of spots to canoe and kayak on the Delaware River.

The waterfalls are plentiful, we saw at least 12 or 13 different one and still did not see them all. It is not far from the Poconos too. Enjoy your Sunday and have a great new week ahead.

  8. Woo hoo - I had to check what page I had landed on - love the new look! Water is such a pleasure isn't it? The power and force and the fact that it's constantly changing and you can look at it in all it's forms for ever! I'm a Pisces so I get excited by water... This looks a great place to have found.
