Beartooth Highway has some gorgeous scenery, there are little lakes along the way and the mountains in the distance and a waterfall next to the road. There were beautiful wildflowers all along the road. If you have the chance to do this drive I would say do it.

ReplyDeleteI bought a toothbrush and some toothpaste in Copenhagen and I had some extra clothes on (dubble layers) and a few other handy things in my pockets. It was a quite fun way to travel. :)
Some really lovely shots of a beautiful place. Haven't been there since I was a kid, but I've never forgotten the beauty of the area.

ReplyDeleteThese are gorgeous views! We were there at the end of September/early October, but road closures due to construction and the Arnica fire kept us from getting to see most of YNP. I guess there's always 'next time.'

ReplyDeleteI have been to the Yellowstone parc in 1971 ! It probably had changed since, except nature and the 0ld Faithful of course.
