Eileen's Random Travels

A Photoblog post of my random travels.

"Sometimes we need the fog to remind ourselves that life is not all black and white."  Jonathan Lockwood Huie

An early morning walk in the fog on the Susquehanna River trail at Conowingo Maryland. Rocks leading out to the middle of the river.

I am sharing some of my random travel photos, this is not only for my followers but more of a reminder for me and my hubby of where we have been and what we have seen over the years. All good memories for us, I hope you enjoy too.

Eileen's Random Travels

A Photoblog post of my random travels.

"Autumn paints in colors, that summer has never seen." unknown

These are some recent photos of our last visit to Shenandoah National Park. We went on a daytrip to see the fall colors, look for the Black bears and deer and to hike on some of the trails.

A view at one of the overlooks on the Skyline Drive, Shenandoah Nat'l Park.

Some colors on the Limberlost Trail in Shenandoah Nat'l Park.

Some critters, a White-tailed deer, Dark-eyed Junco, Pileated Woodpecker, Hermit Thrush, Song Sparrow, and various scenic shots. we saw one Black Bear cross the road but it was running and too fast for my camera.

Pretty red tree along the Limberlost Trail.

The Big Meadows, pretty plants turned red in the fall.

A lone tree in the Big Meadows.

Some pretty colors along the Skyline Drive.

A view from the Range View overlook.
