Eileen's Random Travels

A Photoblog post of my random travels.

"Travel is the ultimate inspiration." unknown

These are some scenes from our stay in Anacortes, Washington. We hiked on the Tommy Thompson Trail,  the trail at Cap Sante Park and Rotary Park which had pretty views of the marina and Fidalgo Bay and Washington Park.

The mosaic below includes photos from our walk on the Tommy Thompson Trail, Anacortes.

We found a few places for breakfast in downtown Anacortes, one was called Dad's Diner and the other was Calico Cupboard Café and bakery.

I am sharing some of my random travel photos, this is not only for my followers but more of a reminder for me and my hubby of where we have been and what we have seen over the years. All good memories for us, I hope you enjoy too.

  5. I really do not know Washington State that well, it is years (like thirty!) since I have been out that way, I keep urging for a big US trip and Canada which I have never been too. I love seeing all the colours and calmness, it is a very different view of the US than I get to see through CNN!! I am cheering for Team USA at Wimbledon (sadly only via the TV) again this week as you will have seen through my Facebook!
    Have a great week, Eileen
