I think this is what they call the Steel Pier, not what it use to be years ago.

An early bird deserves everything, the boardwalk is only part of them.

I like the wheel best. Looks very rickety.
ReplyDeleteI really like the second one!
ReplyDeleteNot one for a big crowd I'd like the alone time.
Great shots!
Mine’s here: Round The Bend.
It's as if you are looking through a window at the scenes, instead of a reflection of the scenes.
ReplyDeleteThe lighting is gorgeous, make me want to see the boardwalk, never been but it looks awesome!
ReplyDeleteThis city looks very interesting!Your reflections pictures are really fabulous!

That sounds like fun. I really like your reflections. I would like to go there myself someday.
ReplyDeleteGreat reflection photos, Eileen! And my favourite is the second one.
ReplyDeleteI guess there are not many early risers in Atlantic City, better for us with these beautiful images you shot. I like the view in the first one, but my favorite is the reflection in the last.
ReplyDeleteA most unusual but way way to go sightseeing! :)
ReplyDeleteWishing you a wonderful weekend, Eileen!
Fabulous reflections of the pier in the windows! Brings back lots of memories. ~karen
ReplyDeleteVery nice shots. The deserted shoreline and amusement park make it look like something from a post-apocalyptic movie, different from the typical Atlantic City photos.
ReplyDeleteI have never been back there to see Atlantic City and it's just great from your pictures. Well done and the reflections are just wonderful :)

Questa strada ci porta a pensare al cammino verso il nostro destino ....
ReplyDeleteI didn't realise i was looking at a reflection a first
ReplyDeleteI have never been to Atlantic City--but I remember, years ago, that it was THE place to go... Don't think it's quite 'the' place anymore---like it was. BUT--I'd still love to go there. I certainly remember seeing pictures of the boardwalk in Atlantic City all of my life.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the memories.... Great early morning photos.
Hugs,
Betsy
Great reflection shots, can't wait to show my DH the one of Steel Pier. He grew up in Philadelphia, and talks about the shore all the time. The sunrise photo is amazing. You were probably the only person in Atlantic City awake! Kathy
ReplyDeleteNifty reflections in a lovely locale.
ReplyDeleteHugs and blessings,
Yes, I can see no one around..right by the house of Blues..interesting! These are lovely as usual and my favorite time of the afternoon! Despite what you say- your an excellent photographer! I've never seen a dull picture and all of them intriguing! Always a delight to come here!
ReplyDeleteMy best, Regina-
Fabulous reflections, Eileen! Love that early morning sun on the buildings, too.
ReplyDeleteAs an early bird, you get to ride the roller coaster all by yourself, no need to queue as in most cases. LOL
ReplyDeleteGreat reflections.
Love the sunrise and the reflections from the water! Great shot!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful shots, Eileen. A fun place to visit but I haven't been there in so many years....Christine
ReplyDeleteAha! So that's how you get those great shots. (I could set my alarm clock for pre-sunrise every day for the rest of my life and still not get the pictures you do, but a woman can dream ;>) Tx for sharing.
ReplyDeleteNever been to Atlantic City and would love to go some time. These photos are great. Sunrise pictures are just magical!
ReplyDeleteLooks like a very nice place and the reflections are good too !
