DeleteStehekin, just uplake from Joel's hometown of Chelan, has been a favorite getaway of ours for years. Last year's fires prevented us from going up and this year we ran out of time, but hope one day to do their pack trip up to High Creek where all we need do is hike in and the horses bring all the gear and supplies (and the tent is already set up!) Great post Eileen. . .
