These photos are from my archives and one of our past trips to Ohio. We stopped at the Cuyahoga National Park to see the Brandywine Waterfalls. Cuyahoga National Park is south of Cleveland. The winding Cuyahoga River was given the name crooked river by the American Indians. The park also has a nice Bike trail next to the working rails and the canal.
A view at the top of the falls, looks just like a trickle of water.
My hubby is fascinated with waterfalls, if we are traveling and a waterfall is in the area we make a point of stopping to see it.
This is my Watery Wednesday post and Outdoor Wednesday to see more click on my links. Thanks to 2sweetnsaxy and Susan for hosting and thanks for stopping by to visit my watery post.

Woe,
ReplyDeletequeste foto oggi ci volevano proprio così " fresche " ...
In Italia stiamo boccheggiando per il gran caldo !!
Grandi foto.
Buona serata.
Waterfalls are amazing phenomena. Here in Cape Breton, there are many, if you are willing to do a little hiking! They are to die for! ~karen
ReplyDeleteYes that is a lovely waterfall, well worth stopping to see. Great photos.
ReplyDeleteI have a great deal in common with your husband -- we try to see as many as we can. I always say we collect waterfalls. And they make a good collection for RV folks!
ReplyDeleteYours is beautiful. We're on the road again now and hope to add some new ones to our collection.
Lovely! I'm also facinated by water and it's movement!
ReplyDeleteIt is odd that that little trickle of water on the top of the falls can turn into such a wonderful waterfall!
ReplyDeleteI love the beach in your header, too!!
Lovely waterfall. I like waterfalls, also. Watching a waterfall is similar for me to watching a campfire-mesmerizing!
ReplyDeletethose are such great waterfalls.
ReplyDeleteIt is fascinating how this ribbon expands to a full veil.
ReplyDeleteNice waterfall! I'll have to look up Cuyahoga National Park. We live 3 hours from Cleveland, so the park shouldn't be too far of a drive. I would like to return to Cleveland one day and go to the zoo; might add a stop at the park to the trip.
ReplyDeleteWaterfalls are so fascinating to me. Great shots.
