I love Yellowstone and one of the reasons is to see the wildlife. Sometimes it can be difficult to actually get a photo of one of these animals. I tend to arrive just when the poor critter is tired of the paparazzi and is walking away. I love am an animal lover but not the kind that will chase the animal to get the photo. So I usually end up with the Backside of the animal as it is leaving the scene. So my Mosaic Monday is my Yellowstone critters as I saw them. These are my pictures and I am proud of them. LOL
PLease click on the picture to see a better image.
But like Ansel Adams quote "Sometimes I do get to places just when God's ready to have somebody click the shutter".

Great mosaic and photo's. I know what you mean. I swear I hear my resident (19) elk say," Her she comes again, with that camera!" LOL Sharon

These are great mosaics. I absolutely love Yellow Stone so thanks for taking me back there for a moment.
ReplyDeletelovely shot..
ReplyDeleteIf everyone photographed animals from the front, we'd never be able to appreciate all sides of them.
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed your mosaic.
Front or back they are great shots!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing.
If you have a moment I would love for you to stop by.
TTFN~~ Claudia ♥ ♥
The mosaic is more interesting than artfully "posed" pictures of animals facing the camera. The way you have done them is better - they look "natural" as if you had come up on them in their natural habitat, in the wild.

I loved Yellowstone NP! I was able to get so mamy good animal photos but like you I was very careful not to intrude on them. Your bear shot was really good as they are so elusive. Fun mosaic!

Eileen, like you, I can never get tired of watching the scenery and wildlife at Yellowstone. I hope I can visit it one day too.
ReplyDeleteAmazing photos!!!
ReplyDeleteGreat photos--that buck is amazing! We usually only see does, only the occasional stag, but never with antlers like that!
ReplyDeleteAmazing photos!!! You are so talented! I love the ones from Yellowstone also. I enjoyed visiting there when I was a child. Beautiful!!!
ReplyDeleteWhat amazing and beautiful shots! The only moose I've ever seen was near Jackson Hole, WY - not too far from Yellowstone. Glorious scenery!
ReplyDeleteFunny post, nice animals.
ReplyDeleteGreat pictures of the elk. They are such beautiful animals.
ReplyDeleteI usually end up with pictures of the back of my cats' heads. They sit with their back to me where they feel safe.
